Funny story, Hetty's cousin was in town from CA. Knowing she would kill it on vox we asked her to swing by the apartment. She nailed these verses in like 1 or 2 takes. Later she would laugh about how she had no idea at the time about the dual meaning of the title and lyrics...she just thought it was a song about a girl named Mary Jane.
